Fabrication facility
Production hall: 14,000 m². Paint shop: 1,700 m². Steel products warehouse: 4,000 m².
Published maximum component weight: 40 t. Maximum dimensions: 5 × 5 × 35 m.
The facility includes finished-product storage areas and a trial assembly area.
Material handling equipment
Material handling facilities include equipment used for production and erection, including forklift trucks and mobile work platforms.
Material cutting
Material cutting using gas and plasma equipment in manual and automated processes.
Machining
Steel component processing using equipment including bench, radial and magnetic drilling machines.
Welding shop
Capabilities include submerged arc welding, active-gas shielded welding, manual metal arc welding, flux-cored welding and stud welding.
The facility description lists qualified welding supervision and an in-house welding school.
Corrosion protection
The published scope includes airless spray painting and hot-dip galvanizing. The protection system is selected according to the documentation and operating conditions.
Material and weld testing
The published capabilities list visual, penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic testing, as well as destructive testing.
Testing methods and scope are defined by the project requirements and quality inspection plan.
Steel structure erection
Structural erection with supervision and erection crews. Work organisation, equipment and delivery sequences are agreed for each project.
